Awww Tefarian made a new account to flame me :D Bro im not German and that is 100% a German domain (.de) so I don't know if its paid or not, but certainly looks like it as I was going through the web host root, I tried going up a few directory's and it lead me to a single base directory, which means you have no access to the machine only to what is within said directory. Paid or not it was a web host either way, and how do you think it got hacked? Magic? It was hacked through your server root ([Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]).
