You don't want to list us(not that i ever requested, or wanted it), but you do want to post negative-looking private logs between me and another person I'm trying to support in public without having the full context?
In short: three users reported an problem, which was resolved within hours. Our immediate responses included; halting sales (still in effect, as development, not profit, is our focus), compensating affected users with an extra week, providing a free Rust account to a user to continue testing as no one in our team was affected, and last but not least offering to pause license timers for all users.
It's important to note the challenges you refer to with this particular user, is new to Rust and requires extensive support. This user declined to test the released fix, is unfamiliar with spoofers (and unwilling to purchase one or acquire new accounts), and wanted me to assist him with permanent spoofing even though we do not have such a service. Supporting this user has been time-consuming, taking up time that we'd rather use to address the issue quicker.
We are a very serious provider, committed to providing reliable, undetected products and encourage users to communicate directly with us before sharing invalid/lacking/partial information of private chat logs in public. Our team has been successfully gaming with hundreds of reports for rage hacking, indicating that this incident is isolated or at least limited to a certain group of people.
I'm always open for a chat on Discord.
