I do not play SOD, so I'm probably not the best person to ask this, I know there are options on pixel such as Morpheus, Rotation Labs, and Maxdps, that are consistently updated. As for unlocker, you need to go check out Daemonic and see what third-party devs they have for such things but expect to get banned eventually with 3rd party rotation addons with unlockers, it's been an ongoing issue for the past couple of years of random 3rd party rotation addons with unlockers getting clapped (not the unlockers themselves).
