You should’ve received a response within a few minutes. At the moment we are only able to accept crypto since our other payment gateways are down, we are working on getting them back up immediately!

It was up and working for Steam and Origin. Although, after the latest patch - it needs to be updated again since it’s fairly large, unfortunately our auto-updater wasn’t suffice for this patch. We’re working on getting it back up ASAP!
