You are able to get novas by going to private instances such as "garden temple", each unique has 40% chance to drop nova or Hideout world, the boss drops 1 nova with a 100% chance, also you are able to get it by attending the daily jupiter spawn and killing the job uniques, that's pretty fair, however, we are doing a lot of boosts for newbies in the next patch so be patient ;)
