Your wild accusations are baseless. Please provide a prove where the support acted in a bad or inappropriate manner.
I working very close with the new owners and i can assure that the customers have nothing to fear from.
As well, i have been told that all funds has been given back to the account owners and even the one who got a PayPal refund got their funds back (so they got kinda double paid) for their inconvenience which has been caused by the previous owners.
The new company which owns Xertonia now goes a different way with cheap, fast, reliable and secure Cloud Hosting solution. The chance they will ever go down again is almost 0% and if you're an old customer and have funds left, you've nothing to worry about and will not lose anything if you order a new server to test the new Xertonia SSD Cloud Servers.
