But one problem is, i still havent recieved the skins and the rune page? Anyone knows why?

You have to claim the skin and rune page from the refferal page.

Yes, it can take up to a day or 72 hours for them to appear.

Sometimes you need to wait a few hours after you redeem the rewards for them to show in-game and sometime you need to buy an item from the store and it will update.
