So you go into the clientless tab and you run the account creator and it like shut down the prog?
1. are you a subscribed user
2. do you have vc++/.net frameworks installed
3. no other applications (av/fw) sitting in the way of chrome working properly

How about you kindly ask for support in the chat room or on chrome forum? If you can`t manage to set up chrome maybe one of the staff members will teamview in and do it for you, but it all starts with a request in our community's forum/chat because the staff has that forum as high priority and can attend other issues only after everything on that forum has been replied to.
