Its not fixed, when you see high numbers like that its because connector bugs out and forces people to log off. When they log back in the game updates their zone in t_users but doesn't let them log all the way in. When they close the client the account remains bugged online. This is why it will go up to like 175 etc. It usually crashes every 10 minutes.
