when they release a version that starts and runs for everyone, that'll be called the final version. Hopefully this will happen soon :)

I'm covering it... just a small tweak in procedures. (Since you don't need the launcher anymore).

Yo berkay, you think you could make a seperate offline mode that supports game builds 2013 and below? I got my hands on some Beta game build files, and 2011 Files aswell. But none of the offline versions support it, and since there was TONS of hidden cars (BMW M3 GTR Race, Helicopter, Semi Trucks etc. ) id want to get access to these and experiment with cars, files etc

Berkay said that the next version will be able to run different builds. However, it will be a few weeks before he has any time to code at all. I'd expect the new version around Easter at the earliest, as berkay has other commitments (uni, job etc.)
