lifetime for all tools is forever as long as the tool exists, since the tool will still exist with v3 we should still get access to it. Account bans are a given, all tools have the chance to ban your account, your lifetime key should not be associated with your account, its based on the lifetime of the actual tool. unless he decides to stop the tool then lifetime would be over but in this case the keys should trasnfer over.

So as it’s been less than a month since we all got banned if the new version gets detected as well does that mean we’ll cop HWID bans? Or will it just perma ban the RUT using account like last time?

If you have unactivated keys or you were not affected by the 15.03 banwave, you can use the old key with your account.

I'm sorry that banwave affected those people who used RUT, but I will not reset keys.
