This hack still can't be banned by VAC directly, the only way you can get banned is cause of Overwatch. You think just cause this one's VAC undetected you can join in random MM lobby's and spray the fck out of every1 behind every wall? Playing obvious as fuck? wtf, get a brain and get a life. Play like you would normally play, but this time with the knowledge of the enemy positions.

TL;DR: undetected, overwatch WILL ban you if you r playin like a mofo retard.
