Last time I saw an activity from him was after the release of NFS Vlt-Ed 1.1 , he's still working on NFS Modding Toolkit , as what he had stated for about two years , I think.

He's quite careful on his coding , that's probably why he doesn't have time to read his e-mails ; not mentioning the fact that IRL is quite catching now.

Well if you have some .net knowledge, then decompile it and do it on your own i guess. From what i know, berkay has his own tools for that, so idk if its really needed.

A completely different structure will be used and multiple engine builds will be able to be used simultaneously. Personas and respective details about them will be independent from these engine builds. Additionally, the launcher will include mod/modding support to ease installment and development of custom server mods such as re-defined prices and new car/part data. This does, however, mean that the next version will take quite a lot of time to be done. If I gave all my energy to it, it would be finished by the end of Wednesday but as some of you know my finals and essay take-ins are coming closer and closer. Education>anything really, so my guess will be that it will take me a good 2-3 weeks, not even counting social events, before I can even sit down to code.

So yeah, just wanted to let this out for some of you. New version won't be coming soon. I'll make sure it's worth it though. :)

Again, have a great new year y'all
Man, that is unbelievably exciting! Thanks Berkay!

Or one could open the game files in a hex editor, dig for scraps left on modding sites, and learn the file from a binary level, then write a BMS scr...

If someone really wants to do it, they'll eventually learn how the files are stored.
**cough**

I emailed him a few weeks ago (politely) asking for a file documentation for NFS:U1 to compare against. No response from him.
So, I'm manually documenting random files that I'm interested in. (There's a Mini logo in the client files though, lol)

Good, relax and enjoy the hollydays, happy new year to all, and have fun. After all, 1.8u3 is quite good version, so no need to hurry :).

There a GlobalEd tool, which allow modify attributes.bin file :)

I wanted modifies the file commerce.bin through the program nfs-vlted. I wanted to modify the performance parts, or to find the value of every performance part.

Do you think that NFSu360 publish source code from nfs-vlted?

For the last time too did not respond.

I searched the entire file attributes.bin but I found no values for performance parts.

It says after I click Start NFS: World, "Need for Speed World has stopped working". Any suggestions on what to do? I followed all the steps in the README.HTML.

I've tried replacing its hash with another one, tried adding a new tint in the .xml, nothing. Here's the file: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

To all here I wish you a very happy new year (coming in 2 days :D) and I hope you had a good christmas.

I hope we have more nice hours to play with NFS World Offline, a big thanks to Berkay and the team developing "NFS-W Offline version". :)

And to the rest: Thanks for testing the new stuff coming out from the developing team and also from the community.

Everytime when I start the offline server.exe, it always comes with 'Couldn't find registry entry for NFS:W.' Any solutions?

How do we rotate tracks like ea did? I would also like to set proper classes to them, and if someone could torrent the files needed for all tracks that would be awesome.
