Yeah lets hope not, they certainly been changing the internals a lot.
Yes the co2m8.exe rename it to something innocuous like WINWORD.EXE etc.


There's a few people running this new version now, is it behaving as expected for everyone?

For my needs it runs excellently. There are some features that I don;t use I can never know for sure (Mining for example)

Yeah as long as the basics are working, like char name, server name, XP%, etc
that's what I needed to make sure I had right in this beta release.

What features get activated depend on what mem addresses are found and since I don't have the time to dig them all out personally,
its now really up to the community to contribute on the mem table thread or alternatively if you don't want to publicly release your findings send them to me and I will incorporate them into co2m8 directly.

PS Looks like this version works with 5150 of the client too.

Ok weird that's what I'm using on my test platforms and don't get that issue,
the font I use for all screens in m8 is Arial regular 8 and a bit of googling does indicate they can get corrupted.
So my suggestion would be to reinstall the Arial font, look it up in google if you don't know how.

a couple of things I've noticed that don't work;
1. VP on Char Disp Options. (all others seem to work fine)
2. Effects wont turn off.


other than that the basics seem to work fine here. Glad to have my zoom back :D

I've got a problem, when i click "S" cant enable "Mining Opts" any sugestions? I really need it to mining some gems ;p

CO2m8 Version 2.01(BETA2) is now available for game client upto 5152

Fixed effect removal.
Added VP and PK stuff.
Still some way off before mining and potting works again.
