There is also a node.js example, the PacketLogger UI displays it wrong, but via the package you receive it correctly. Just need the correct encoding. (I think it was "Windows-1250")

Thanks for the link, a already read the whole thread to find any solution. That encoding drove me crazy, to encrypt you need Windows-1250 or Windows-1252 and for sending decoding is UTF-8..
Sadly, this topic is regarding special chars like those czech ones, those work perfectly fine. The only one's not working for me are ² and ³. ² for example shows in the logger as: "˛" and whith the tcp client set up it is "?". Any other ideas?
