I admit I waited until 1.7 Beta before trying it out as I really did not think it would be all that fun in single player.
I am glad that I finally decided to check it out as it's not all that bad really.
Currently the best single player racing game ever because of you and all the helpers.
Plus, I had to figure out how to add in content that currently is not in beta1.7, so maybe I will learn how to help out too?

Like with editing my persona to put 6 skills on all my cars, which may be simple for some, but it took me a while to figure it out.
I could not eve open the main carslots file in the 100 folder, it kept crashing notepad, so I finally got it open in wordpad, which still froze due to the extent of cars the persona had, then trying to edit all slots froze wordpad, but eventually I got got them all changed.

I just now realized I can open the original car file from those you have backed up for others using Microsoft Word and edit it before even importing into the Server Editor.
Not sure what will happen, but one has to learn from the beginning.
Which also makes playing the game more fun, because I know I will eventually learn how to edit things.
I so want to give back if even a small working Mod.

I appreciate the kind words and such but it would take time to figure out how NFS:W operates on a fake server. Unless you have prior knowledge in C# or Java, I'd say you could be the "PR" guy rather than the "Under the Hood" guy. :)

True that and I doubt I would ever be usable in the C/java department.
Unless it was something, like editing in word with something simple but time consuming.
As I have tons of time.

What I meant was just helping out with, what I can.
But yah, if telling me what X needs fixing, is harder than if you just did it yourself, I do not expect to be able to help.

I am just thrilled that I was able to figure out what I have on my own, and also trying to assist people with their issues if I can.
I will will try to do with the guy who asked me.

I know this is irrelevant, but when Mirc was popular, I actually built my own bot from the ground up, because the coding was so simple to understand the first day I used it.
But yes, I have zero actual coding skills.
This is not that simple though, not even close, but I think if I try, I may be able to do something like add a usable Mod of some sort, once I begin to look at the codes.
Maybe not, but as I said, part of the whole process of trying to, is just as much fun as playing the game and I mean zero disrespect to you.

But is not talkbot in Mirc the exact same sort of coding used with things like what they are calling "artificial intelligence" today?
It "hears" commands and reads from files, is all artificial intelligence" is.
The same exact thing as talk bot did and my one room bot, I had installed so many commands, dudes hit on her like she was a real girl, lmfao.
But yah, again, I know this is irrelevant, it's the same exact concept of artificial intelligence right, talk bot?
