Both me and theft are trying to figure out whats wrong, we found the source of the issue but still have to fix it, it's not about rollback and its not about chars, its a problem with the server.

Literally 9 electricity poles fell around my neighbourhood, roof-tops flew away and I actually feel amazed it only took 2 days to all get fixed.
