are u sure that alchemy rate is 3x...from 10 weapons only 1 succeded at +9 :| with lucky stones

Alchemy rate is 2.5x, but we lowered the rates of elixers dropping to make it fair.
Moreover tomorrow I will most likely increase the drop rates of elixers, and make a custom
Map for 120 mobs to spawn, at a high spawn rate aswell.
