The safest code for CE is 16500 only czuse if u make it higher than that then the gameguard will probably detect you.

yes, this is working for ALL regions including NAGC, im a NAGC player. Just make sure your computer is 64bit.

@warlordianx: what do you mean ALL WIN hack? the one in pvp where in you have total control? I think it is OHKO + some values.

Well, dunno about that. It HAS BEEN working on NAGC until like a month ago. Now it just says something in lines of "no rewards for you, you son of a mother duck" at the end of the stage.

Not sure, maybe switching the values back before result screen or using lower values fixes it. Some people DO say it still works so i can only assume I'm doing something wrong or that they are playing GC on youtube. (both are quite possible)

It still works but you need to put the value as 62510 :)

Exceeds value 16510 will be detected in NAGC.
Just use value 16510, it's not 1 hit but help you to have more attack.
