So, to give a few hints. Last version (8.1.27830) seems to have a few issues :

- Last opened guide sometimes does not load at character login, with a message in chat "Zygor Guides Viewer: ERROR initializing, check the Lua errors and report them, please." (which I would like to do but I know where to find them).
- Waypoints and steps completion (such as reaching a waypoint during a step, or accept a quest, or complete a quest, etc) are lagging a lot, it sometimes take 20 seconds for the guide to go to the next step (most of the time now I actually go to the next step manually with the right arrow). Sometime waypoints (such as "Run up the stairs", etc) are also not updating or only after a few seconds too.
- After a moment logged in and playing, there's a popup displaying and saying that one or more addons are taking too much load and is advised to disable them, or ignore. I don't recall the exact message sadly.

At first I tought that was my installation, but my gf who installed and started the game yesterday, and who has only installed Zygor (same version as me), has the same issue.

Just to be sure, I made a clear uninstall and reinstall of the addon twice, cleared my Zygor savedvariables also twice, but the issue persists. I also tought that was a conflict with another addon but as I said, my game partner has only Zygor installed and she has the same issues.

I see that many people have no issues but I can't figure why I do. :/

@[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] when did you download it? aka time. As it took nearly 2 hours for anyone to say that the new file has no issues. No one else wants to say anything. This proves my point.

As people are choosing not to use the latest file. But if they do, they choose not to say if it works or not.

Im struggling with the exactly same issues. I tried to re-download, re-install, deleted all other mods and the saved variables folder as well.

Doesnt work. Im playing Undead Rogue, maybe its a Racial Bug !?

911 are these Zygor guides cracked or are they just uploads from someone's subscription?

Because I'm wondering what happens when I hit send feedback at the end of a guide.

All traces are removed. I would not upload, as it would go through the client to upload. If you use a client, they would be asking why it does not match the account.

Waypoints not updating is also an issue i had for most of the time today doing eastern kingdoms loremaster stuff. But that is most likely related to the issue with Quests not auto accepting/turning in, as that issue only happens on these quests (atleast for me) Quests changing the Step works without an issue for me. - After a moment logged in and playing, there's a popup displaying and saying that one or more addons are taking too much load and is advised to disable them, or ignore. Deleted my old Zygor + its files SavedVariables, disabled all other addons, installed the newer version of 8.1.27830: Zygor works fine after logging in, no errors or issues loading guides.

Messed around a bit trying to re-enable other (similarly freshly updated) addons one at a time, then all at once to see if there was maybe a conflict: No issues, everything is working as it should.

Whatever you did to the newer version, Sky, it worked for me. Thanks!

Seems people only want to say something when it does not work.

Seeing if they say nothing, they get no update. As I would have no idea if it worked or not.

For anyone hitting issues with the 'eternal loading', I was able to overcome this by installing the latest and deleting the two zygor files in /_retail_/WTF/Account/{account}/SavedVariables

You'll have to reconfigure your settings after that but the latest includes the bug fix for this from zygor ;)

Updated to the latest guide via addon manager 2.5 and getting some guides greyed out and a 'not in Trial' message and needing Zygor Elite for retail.

How about deleting the addon and manually extract it and see If it works!?

Then installing a fresh copy of Zygors from the latest download link version being 27830

Some quests aren't being auto accepted but this is a zygors problem, not 911's, he's done a tremendous job in getting us this guide, stop hating.
