You may have to relog to get the buff but you should get a pass with those numbers.

at Gordor1 character speed will increase looter speed but nothing short of re-coding the game server will make it think any faster.

and i used them to make my server and i'm using the PrincessAuroraServer.exe ( which i found in the folder ( works fine to me ) but whenever i try to login i get this

Change your auth,opt with the following...
You have crazy ports in your gameserver.opt and I have no idea where you got it from as I have never seen it used as an example in any guide here but if they work for you we will let them work for you.
If a friend gave it to you slap them.
Make sure you delete the code page line from it though. You are launching ascii
If you are using SQL 2012 then you used the provided telecaster make sure you delete all the information from the telecaster tables.
Make sure you open your ports in windows firewall for outbound and inbound traffic...

Well it sounds like the log out delay they implemented to keep people from running through dungeons and instantly logging out to drop agro.
If I am correct it should delay the log out of a character by what it is set for.
