Okay so let's begin.
A review from an average joe consumer. The guy that usually never bothers to post reviews. The silent majority member gone rogue. However you wish to view me, I only give ideas that were already given to me in which to refer to for this situation.
Let's be honest.. Most of us, we don't even bother to write unless nothing goes right or maybe you're getting paid or even the scummiest in which I've seen other patrons do.. In return for continued service.
But when we do find something that stands out as professional, kind, well thought out and just this giant fluff ball of bunny goodie magic... we are bewildered and tend to 'hunt' for negative things.. as if this will determine the legitimacy or even just give a person sighs of relief to find that 'human error' somewhere.
Xmodus, if one would not know better, is almost machine-like. The workload, the countless and unforgettable approaches to maintaining a good relationship with a customer, the almost poeticly scary ability to remain professional and kind in personality even in the face of the most negative and toxic person(s) in the communities. Yes, you know what I mean. We've all seen them. Entitled almost.
No, entitled we are not. However to have the pleasure of someone going above and beyond what could be asked of them under even their own policies not just for yourself but to see it happen with *countless* others just in their chatting services alone..
You would wish to see it yourself. Xmodus has one of the greatest community support leadership structures I've seen to date since the early 2000's for these things. They have gone through enormous hardships pushing out ambition overhauls of their own product in order to better the experience of their consumers. All the while, even during the 'negative nancy when when when update update update' pigeons of Finding Nemo start up.. is so polite and considerate that I personally have finally witnessed a "Written smile of emotion".
If this is not enough for you to look into and see for yourself what is offered.. Allow me this; The products or offers provided often see downfalls and updates or delays while also battling an ever-flowing catnMouse eb'n'flow ... I have often seen anger and frustration and attacks during this and found it commonplace.. but to see a community like this do exactly what we wished to see if we walked into a public service location. Motivation, Hard work, Determination, Kindness, Charisma, and Compassion amongst others are show with abundance with Xmodus.
Not only this but these people have changed entire designs of GUI interfaces for the people they wish to enjoy them. They listen.
This... This is why I'm writing this. Because you very very rarely if ever see this kind of thing anymore since before 2010. It's a dying breed of professionalism with a bright core of actual and legitimate passion for what they're doing and the people that enjoy it alongside them.
