If you take away 25% of their healings received from skills, surely you will come close to balancing.

By ''tuning'' skills or giving CH a 10% dmg incr or more, you won't create a balance.

If a cleric skill normally heals for 4k and now for 3k.. it has a huge impact on solo pvp's, while on FW/job there will be 6 other clerics so that won't matter in that case.
If you take away a bit of their heilings received, they can't stay alife for a longtime unless you play the ''tactical'' game ;)

why? by using celestial he sacrificies his shield, so the passive kicks in and gives him his shield def back so his defense doesn't drop and give him a slight dmg incr together with the 12%.

So the dmg output is ALMOST the same as a glavier, but a glavier gets free health from their passive so they phy def incr and mag def incr on blader was okay to compensate for the lower amount of health.

INT s/s were OP as hell with the passive, that's why I mentioned to add a STR requirement on the passive buff for bicheon.
Bladers will be useless again for sure now with the removal of this buff, no doubt

Crowd control isn't the problem mate, believe me.
The problem of EU is the amount of healings.
Why else would joymax reduce their pot time to 15 sec cd? ;)
Their dmg is okay but not their healings.

I wrote a WHOLE story about nerfing the healing received on EU by 25% from skills.
But it kinda got ignored, atleast feels like it and looks like it.

They should of have to add a STR requiremnt on the bicheon passive.
Would fix OP int s/s.

Basically you would make s/s the weakest build on this server ...like i dont know where callum got the "heavy damage" part ... like s/s is NOT good in 100cap ... like at all, but ofc you have buffed mag attack %, we shall see i supose but im like 80% sure that its gonna be eh :(

i had strong ch build in mind but with that bicheon nerf and no 360 mastery, it would have been great to keep everything as it's and just make mastery 360 for ch. then Ch would be beast were it's (1on1 wars) but yet trying to make balance by removing shit and reducing skills would never make a balance between ch and eu. as simple as euro chars = team players / ch chars = 1on1 players.
that being said, i like the fact everyone will go euro so i can make strong ch =)
as advice/suggestion please don't try to balance between ch and eu that balance will never happen because it's like balance between two total different things.

btw even thuught of increasing 2nd kd abilities critical % ? since s/s, bladers use 2 of the abilities not only one maybe nerf last kd abilitiy to 5 and 2nd last to 10

s/s int was op as hell in beta with this 12% dmg incr, not even talking about the defense part with snow.
