So please enlighten me on how the 2 races: Chinese and European, are balanced? I do not see a buff for Chinese like in other servers; I do not see any European skills debuffed. So just saying they are balanced means nothing because I have played enough to know that is completely false.

well x1 respwan monster rate which made it really hard to lvlup for lvl70 and less
