Well, I Think Clear the Effect.X or your Search the Effects [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
Replace it with the Effects and restart.
Well. Can you help me? I Press Inject, Open up S4, It Ijectet but i dont get Message "Hackshield=Bypassed" or anything else, S4 dont Start up.

If you dont get the message "HS = Bypassed" check if anti-virus have deleted your HSBypass.

I Turned my ANtiVirus Everytime off o.O

Hmm, seems like I having a bit of trouble too...
I downloaded the files
I've dragged them into S4League folder w/ Aeria gaming
I've started up the 500 (ms) Injector and then 1000 (ms) as well
I've then started league, done the F9 and the F10
But during loading screen, it crashes
Got any solutions?
