is the version 7 only for XP? or it is also for W.7.... cause still doesn't work.... what ever I do it won't work O _ O

How come when opening the program it pop outs a box that says "Please report to the thread if its working or not. Test" but comparing to the video guide, it doesn't pop out.....
Now when I start the Cabal... it doesn't pop out anything like the one on the video guide..... However, when I kept on going.... and log in then get into the game, nothing works..... -__-
