[Guide]Class rank 20 for lvl 1 characters

You don't need to be transcender to use BM3
I have a lv 105 WA w/ BM3 which is only G.Master
PS. I won't post any screenshot for a proof (I dont want to waste my time to convince you if you don't believe)
PSS I've tried to make another CR20 char on PH but i wasn't able to create one (I don't know if anyone on EP9 can still do this but this method didn't work for me anymore, I have my own bypass)

but thats my problem recently...
im lvl 134 completer and i cant use my bm3 skillbook....
and i need to grind to be trans to use my bm3..
u can see my screenshot in my previous post.....

well you can try to make your skill rank to transcender it's not a waste of energy & time, but based on my experience and other players i know, we don't have to be transcender, maybe your character has abnormality (other than CR20)
