all you need is to equip it

honestly you dont need lag in this bug

i was able to equip mine without even lagging my PC / net

but i cant equip it with my other 2 accounts

if it equips, then good for you

if not, maybe try some other time

i think need a lag to do the bug . and the title you have . its so hard getting this ..

use netlimiter to do the bug, hope it works

well I guess its not the lag or anything, its about something in the account itself, didnt you noticed something? if you have 3 or more accounts, try them all, there are differences bet. them, some has bugs on it but some is quite ok, and some has a pretty pretty cool luck. so I guess its the account. its just my theory...
