It always works when you reach the main lobby and then you get the error message....
but when you get the message straight after you login, it doesnts seem to work for some people.

This works for me(Vista 32bit), and why you need a video? It can
't be very hard to press at the rightcorner while pressing Escape.^^

einfach in die obere rechte ecke klicken nach 5 bis 20 sekunden esc drücken und das kleine fenster schließt sich und du kannst ganz normal weiter spielen
