upgrade item to 120 without wasting a db

i only spended one met to upgrade my lvl 115 super bow w/ 2 soc to 120 in tc

you can met any lvl of any gears, it all depends on luck even if a lvl 129 weapon have a rate of 0.9 success in tc...

can i make also my wapons 120?
