yea we all did and we checked we figured it out what the problem XD u gotta open all maps to be sure to be able to get in the game which is all map (without mission maps) it is 4-5gb usage but with mission map it is 5-6gb xD

Well about that >_> it doesnt work and almost everything is on sql based xD and other thing i have no clues where the rate at and all xD, last of all it work on both version of bit on pc (32 and 64) currently im using 64 and im able to get both working
