Read 1st page everything explained there, or be a bit more explicit.
The delay can be modified by putting in-between the 123123 something like 1..2..3...4..1..2..3..4 if that's what you mean.

Not that I know -- its meant for G1's. And... question can be answered fairly easy by urself: Start up game, and test it.. rite?
