yap, and max VPs is at LvL 64 16.6% (346)

lvl 68 tro didnt gave me vps at 20 or 40 pct, I almost give up but then at 50 pct I got 300+ vps lol
so I guess is cool ^^

My noobie at lvl 61 didn't get VP at 40 pcnt. What percentage do I need to get VP?

at lvl 63 u dont get vp at 20% u get it at 33%
