I have (0,15 sec X 300 = 45 sec) stop of a game. And after 45 sec i can play. Even if mob have 50 hp (i can kill him with 1 DS), I need to wait 45 sec, but all players see that I do only 1 DS, why I am lagging? In WPE, when I send 1 packet many times (even with 50 ms delay), I have no lag...
And If there are

I have to wait ~1 sec before I can move, can see mobs moving, etc...
Maybe I will try to format my hard disk...
