There's a lot of tutorial here and very easy once you understand it. I perfectly made an Incar Magician Skill hack and currently im using it, I can max lvl it for few hours :)

Download the UNpacker,Go to your Data folder where you installed Dekaron.

exp. C:/Program Files/GameHi_USA/GlobalDK/Data
