It should be better to close it till the thread maker decided not to upload it for the moment, no useless spam ,this way..
You guys may not be able to get that glow, but you all can already get this weapon w/o effect -_-'
ConquerOnline/c3/mesh/800020.C3 ( rename it to 410330.C3 if u want to test ) and
ConquerOnline/c3/texture/800020 ( rename it to 410335 )
About effects i dunno,
Option 1 :Black out ( with alpha channel all the files in ConquerOnline/c3/effect/410339 and use this weapon without glow
Option 2 : Play with several .c3 animation files and dds files in your c3/effect folder, and compose your own custom pro glow :)
Option 3 : Check deeply in your conquer folder if you can find out the official files for this weapon glow, gonna be hard though =x
