How to upgrade quality with ONLY 1 Db

ok i have an elite lvl 82 coronet dats +3 and its durability is 21/21 and i was wondering if it will work FOR SURE cuz i dont wanna waste any money on diz if it dont work. When ur durability reaches zero and u repair it, da maximum durability goes down a bit...so i was just wondering if dere was a way to make it exactly 25/25 or is it just pure luck?

its works sometimes!! its not 100%, its just increases ur luck on making that!
i know one gm he tell me on every player is a luck value..

I think its a wast of time cauz i made -5 super tao robe and IT GOT A SOCKET FROM GOING ELITE TO SUPER IN YOUR FACES!@!!@!!@!@!@!@!@!@!@

not true, when I was making my longhammer super, I had it at lvl 15, elite with like 11/11 durability and 3 dbs failed. i used to believe that lower durability had a better chance until i tried this. I think that all you do when lowering the durability is making repairs cost less after each met/db fail.

i know a way to get it higher then 40 if thats what you are asking. its very simple to do but takes a while to complete. you have to continue to lower your durability until i think it has to be under 10/10. then go to tc and use a met on it. if it fails to upgrade then you will have like 45/45 durability. this works best for super and/or higher lvl items since lower lvl items will most likely upgrade.

This worked for me = Elite +2 archer -> Super +2 archer coat with just 1 db! :)

damn i waste db i tried make coat armor lvl 27 with dura 26/26 elite to super and its faild :(

I suggest you go to mz...find a big meteordove spot...And let them hit you till your dura is 1. Then go to bandits and let them hit you to 0. Thats what I do.

oh and btw this failed on my friends elite+3 archer coat. dura was 27 and he tried 4 dbs. I ll let you know how it goes with the ring xD

say guys its good to try unique club lvl 10 with one socket hes durability is 16 and i scared to waste one more db for free i want to upgrade this to super :/

he said that it works everytime if it has 25 durability; if it doesnt then you have to rely on chance.
