The admins are on an ego trip. Since there are no actual anti-cheat or bot protection systems, they ban people based on their own whims and whether they 'think' you are a bot. If they don't like you, you're out. The support is terrible; a server ban usually leads to them blocking you on Discord entirely. you cant defend yourself or if you are not used anything doesnt matter for them.

RISING – Development Report

Since our previous report, many bugs and issues in Rising have been successfully fixed, making the game infrastructure significantly more stable.
Our technical improvements are continuing without interruption.

During February, we hosted the Valentine’s Day (Ramadan-themed) Event, which remained active for two weeks and was completed successfully.
Throughout this period, the majority of our players reached the progression level we had targeted.

🔍 Rhaegal & Balerion Event – February Update

The reason why the Rhaegal & Balerion Event, which we introduced in January, was not held in February is due to the following balance changes:

• Increased damage limit against Metin Stones
• Metin and Monster damage bonuses being higher than normal

Due to these balance adjustments, the event was temporarily removed from the event schedule.
Once damage values are fully restored to normal levels, the event will be added back to the event calendar.

🌙 New Event: Moonlight Dungeon

The Moonlight Dungeon, currently under development, is progressing steadily.
Once the dungeon reaches 100% completion, a detailed introduction and full content breakdown will be shared with our players.

🔥 Now to the Most Anticipated Part: Episode II

In our previous report, we briefly mentioned that the 6/7 Bonus System would be added.
Now, with this report, we are ready to share much more detailed information about the content coming with Episode II.

EPISODE II – CONTENT OVERVIEW

🏰 New Dungeons

With Episode II, three new dungeons will be added to the game.

• First Dungeon: Lauran’s Sanctuary
• Previews for the remaining two dungeons will be shared in the near future.

🗺️ New Special Metin Map

With Episode II, a brand-new Metin Map featuring special bonuses will be added to the game.

⚠️ Note: This map is not a Meteor Map.

🔋 Energy Crystal System Rework

The Energy Crystal System has been completely redesigned:

• The new system will support bonus attributes
• Extra bonus Energy Crystals can be obtained
• The system now offers a more strategic structure that directly affects character progression

📈 New Character Progression Content

• 2 new Passive Skills
• 4 new Biologist Quests

These changes aim to make character progression more long-term, planned, and meaningful.

⚙️ Two Major Systems Powering Episode II

🔮 1) Rune System

With the Rune System:

• You can equip up to 6 Runes
• Runes provide different bonus combinations
• The system is designed to affect PvM balance only, offering a strategic gameplay layer

🏆 2) Legendary Rank System

• Maximum rank increased from 20,000 → 25,000
• You gain additional bonuses every 1,000 rank points
• A new item has been added to support rank progression:

Legendary Rank Fruit;
• Does not grant a fixed rank value
• Grants 1–50 random rank points upon use

This structure ensures progression is not purely luck-based but instead sustainable and long-term.

Element Talisman Update

We would like to share one more important detail:

• All Element Talisman levels will have a 100% upgrade success rate
• However, the maximum level will not be 25

🛡️ Post Aura Equipment Progression

Equipment beyond Aura items will not be introduced in a single update.

Upcoming transformations include:

• Tourmaline Helmet
• Tourmaline Shield
• Tourmaline Boots
• Metin-based Armors
• Boss-based Armors

These additions will push character progression to the next level with Episode II.

1. very p2w itemshop with a load of temporary push items
2. there are many heavy spenders saving 100s of hours farm by selling coins which completely ruins the competitiveness of the game
3. theres a damage limit on metins but its poorly designed
4. they also allow account sharing so accounts can be run 24/7 which is just dumb in 2026
5. there are 10 CHs so you are spending a year to farm bosses every spawn cycle
6. the autohunt is complete useless they made it to have 30% drop rate instead of reducing the time and giving it 100% drop just so the server feels less dead lol
7. theres an annoying captcha that pops up very often but its useless because there are still botters so it just annoys the regular players
8. the events are trash
9. the staff are against the player i had a few issues and sometimes they didnt help me at all even though i was getting griefed by a whole guild on purpose

its a 6 months server and as everyone can see its already falling off the market.
they make the players run the same dungeons 800 times in a row how is that supposed to be enjoyable and to keep the players?
the server is also pretty low quality compared to other top servers that exist/existed
its a server for promoters who get free itemshop and for groups who can share account with each other

stay away from this server for your best interest

Rising Episode II – Dungeon Preview

Another dungeon that players will encounter with Episode II is the Exedyar Dungeon.

Exedyar has been designed as one of the mid-tier dungeons of Episode II.
This dungeon will provide important items that will help players upgrade their equipment and grow stronger, especially during the mid stages of Episode II progression.

As you advance through Episode II, many of the item upgrade materials you will need can be obtained from the Exedyar Dungeon.

With Episode II, a new equipment system is being added to the game: Wukong Sash.

Wukong Sashes are designed to provide Strong Against Monsters bonuses to your character with each level. They will offer significant power support for players progressing through Episode II content.​

• Sashes can only be purchased using Wukong Sash Fabrics

With Episode II, a new progression system is being added to the game: the Legendary Grade Fruit.

This system is designed for players who have already reached high grade levels and want to further strengthen their characters. By using the Legendary Grade Fruit, you can increase your grade points and unlock special bonuses at specific milestones.

Legendary Grade Fruit

• Grants a random +25 to +50 grade points when used
• No failure chance
• Maximum reachable grade: 25,000
• Can only be used by characters with 20,000+ grade

Legendary Grade Bonuses

A new legendary bonus is unlocked every 1,000 grade points.

• 21,000 – Exalted → +5% Strong Against Monsters
