Hello unncheats,
Thank you for your reminder, care and support toward us!
If someone, it's us which takes EPVP rulings and policies very seriously.
As outlined in the rules, we do not require any reviews or TBM ratings for these trials. We simply request a trade transaction, which is fully acceptable under the EPVP rules as long as it remains within those boundaries. This transaction serves only to confirm that the user has taken the trial. Everyone is eligible to receive a trial, provided they meet the clearly stated requirements at the beginning of the thread.
We want to clarify that we strictly adhere to the EPVP rules and have no intention of violating them. TBM ratings are not involved in this process, and we fully respect the relevant rules. And just to be clear, I think you may be mistakenly conflating rules 5.3 and 5.4 and possibly 2.4 in this context.

As rule 5.3 states:
"You are allowed to create a trade request for vouches, but as stated in rule #2.1 you are
not allowed to rate it because you do not receive anything in return."
In this case, we could technically create a trade for an honest vouch, but we do not even do this. This rule is referring to the abuse of the TBM rating system itself. Even then, if giving a trial for honest vouch would be acceptable, as long as TBM system is not being used, we don't even need to do this as we simply believe that providing a free trial (to those who meet the requirements) is enough of a selling point to encourage users to buy the software, no matter if they leave a vouch or not, as we firmly believe that we simply provide the best cheat on the market right now, from price, security, feature, and support standpoint. Thereby, we already achieve our ultimate goal by simply giving free trials without any extra requirements: selling the best cheat software to the people who are looking for it.
If we consider rule 5.4: "
Requesting vouch/feedback posts and/or trade ratings is
only allowed if an actual trade has taken place. When doing so, you may
not explicitly ask for positive feedback.
Furthermore, it is allowed to reward the buyer for leaving a review, provided that a payment has already been made."
In this case, an
actual trade has taken place because we have provided a trial, which is allowed even with vouches included, under the rule 5.3. However, as per stated, we do not even require the vouching part, we simply give you a chance to try the software, with no obligations or requirements tied to it, other than those mentioned at the start of the thread, to meet initial requirements.
Additionally, I believe the word
"furthermore" in rule 5.4 is crucial to understanding this specific ruling. It distinguishes between the rules for feedback/vouches and any potential rewards. To clarify, we do not reward buyers in any way. In fact, when a customer once requested an extended trial in exchange for a review, we politely declined, explaining that we only offer a standard 2-hour trial and that they are free to decide on their own what to do after the trial.

This underscores our focus on finding direct, long-term buyers who continue renewing monthly, rather than relying on random paid reviews.
Finally, regarding TBM rating rules, rule 2.4 clearly states: *"Ratings are voluntary and cannot be enforced. This applies to written feedback in trade topics as well!"*

We have never enforced or solicited reviews from any users. Our thread speaks for itself, with numerous trades and relatively few reviews. This shows our commitment to compliance with the rules. More importantly, we now have many loyal monthly customers who keep renewing the software because they tried the trial and saw its value—once.
