Tested a few rivals' products myself. Some may not agree with my opinions on some sites I haven't used rivals for, but they are based on personal experience using multiple products from providers over the years.
I recommend using SystemCheats. I've been using it for over a month and a half with aim and ESP and have not been banned. Plenty of people in high Elo are using it. Just don't rage with aim, and you won't get banned. It has the best prediction out of the cheats I have used so far. It has not had a detection yet. There's assistance on the forum for finding legit settings. It doesn't have flashy stuff like speedhack, silent aim, or magic bullet, but it's excellent for safety. I've used tons of their products over the years and never got banned (even in all CODs). The premium package with all their games is a steal.
Midnight is pretty good too. I tested it for a few days because I heard it had a UD silent aim. It's good for raging; however, no one's really sharing legit configs in their Discord, so it's a lot of manual setup to create legit settings for every character. It's a good option though without detections yet.
Unicore is okay too, but features are lacking.
I haven't tried Shadows because their other games often get detected.
X22 Rivals sounds like it has detections, but I have not used it personally. I honestly thought they stopped making cheats and am surprised they are on the scene still. I have gotten bans from them on other games so I would avoid.
I've heard good things about Milkyway Rivals, but I haven't used it. I have used other games from them, though, and was not detected. Injection was weird but it's probably another good option. Be careful with rage features.
Klar products are usually cheap and made for raging and are frequently detected. Always avoid if you want to keep your account.
Ring-1 was rough back in the day, but it's been really good the past few years. It's Intel only and uses Hyper-V and requires a restart to inject the cheats. I am not a fan of that, but it comes with a free spoofer for most games. If you are Intel and want a spoofer, I would recommend trying it. Rivals does not HWID ban at the moment though.
Hope this helps.
