Its public information the fact that ABI (ACE) encrypt users who have been reported or flagged. Its one of their anti-cheat measures.

Unfortunately there is no way to tell if you are flagged prior to using our software.

I am yet to also find a service that provides a working spoofer for ABI and bypasses these flags. Once i do, ill be sure to announce it

To be totally honest, you guys are not fully transparent on your service. It is pretty obvious regardless of what the problem is. This is the first time I have seen a cheese developer say this. If I was getting banned I would understand, but I am not, in fact I am playing legit right now.

If you cannot bypass a game encryption then the software should say that pretty big and you provide a refund (WHICH YOU DENIED TO) to whoever you are unable to provide the service.

Updating my post, this is obviously Fecurity and these guys are only reseller and piece of shit scammers, report them.

They dont accept paypal. If you wanna buy via paypal dont even bother. They closed my ticket like 3 times when i tried to buy cause they dont sell via paypal. After the 4th try they say "all slots are sold now sorry". Yeah after trying 4 times ofc all slots are sold.

Clown fiesta with these guys and cheat is copy & pasta.
