I placed an order with him, before placing an order I asked all the questions I had and he was kinda helpful, even asked me to buy specific mouse for better aim support or whatever he thinks he is doing.

So I tell him I am interested and than I pay the lifetime, and that is on me because I rushed to buy a bad product:

After that I contact him like 2 months later to setup the stuff.

Now after we set it up (setup goes terribly wrong), I keep asking for help and support he starts becoming trash support.

First says product working while it was not working and setup didn't work either. Either way long story short:
Support 2/10

Now onto product:
This product is the worst I have ever tested, and I've tested a few.
Aim is either rage or no aim at all, settings are trash.

I am not asking any moneyback even though this is the worst money I have ever spent.

The settings he is talking about are also trash.

Overall: 1/10
If you can stay as far away as possible from this seller. You will burn your money.
Trust all these bad reviews that everyone is saying his product is bad. No matter what he tries to justify this product is trash

P.S: Even though I bought lifetime my key doesn't work haha. I guess that's his way of getting back to me

I understand that you did not like the product, and I genuinely respect that. As I told you in our chats, if my CB does not suit you, then you probably should consider buying an internal product. You cannot purchase a colorbot expecting the same level of performance as an internal. They are completely different tools.

You are absolutely free to criticize my product if it did not meet your expectations. That is your right, and I respect your opinion. Just as you had a negative experience, other users have had positive results. However, what does not make sense is criticizing my support when I assisted you at all times through chat, via AnyDesk, and by providing multiple configurations to help you achieve better results.

Literally, you are criticizing my product while at the same time acknowledging that I helped you with configurations, connected through AnyDesk, and solved the issues you encountered. You are criticizing my support simply because I do not have additional options to make you like a product that, by its nature, has limitations. That does not seem fair or logical. In the screenshots, it is clear that I was present, responsive, and actively trying to help you.

Configuration is not entirely my responsibility. Each user’s setup must be adjusted to their own comfort and preferences. Every configuration — whether it is the product itself, the game settings, graphics, sensitivity, or hardware — varies from person to person. It is similar to copying a professional Valorant player’s settings; using the same configuration does not guarantee the same performance. Everyone has a different playstyle and comfort zone.

I did my best to optimize the product for you. But it is a colorbot. You should not expect the performance of an internal cheat in Valorant, because that level of performance is simply not achievable with this type of product. Criticizing the product because it did not meet your expectations is fair. Criticizing my support, when I was consistently available and actively trying to assist you, is not accurate.

You may be used to other games where certain tools perform at a very high level. With a colorbot, you will not find that same level of precision from any provider. Not every product will satisfy every user, and there will always be different expectations and opinions.

It is impossible to satisfy everyone. Regardless, I truly wish you the best.

However, we still remain focused on improving and refining the product so that even that small percentage of users who are not fully satisfied can eventually have a better experience. I truly wish you the best.

Yes you are right like I said, product is bad and thats a review.
Support is bad and thats how it was with me, but in the end it is not just me.. you can read a lot of posts from other users where they complain is trash.

ALSO: EVEN THOUGH I PAID LIFETIME. PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK. LICENSE NOT VALID! Cannot "Claim"
I guess that is revenge on its own.
