Created a ticket with a question about hardware requirements, after 5 hours of no response, ticket got deleted and I got a 'perma denial' role, ticket-bot says 'Use the /transcript command in [����] Applicɑtion to view the archived messages.' but u can't use the command anywhere on the server, they expect people to buy blindly without any questions, not humble and money hungry, wouldn't recommend.

We have an application acceptance rate of under 3% and only have a very few slots left. All applicable information, including hardware requirements, are posted in the readme channel which you are told to read prior to opening an application.
If you put in no effort to your application to just ask a question our staff will deny you and close your application.

How do I buy

Hi I did recently apply and got an answer from support for additional questions I was on a business trip and couldnt reply. Now I am removed from the discord. Is there any chance to get back and answer these questions ?
