i tested it on Vista x64 without admin rights ... works perfectly.
Seems you have a problem on your pc. The program Extracts the itemtemplateall.ini from its resource to the temp dir of your system. Then it uses it to get the WC and Race field. Both are missing in your screen shot so i think there is your problem. Try to clean your temporary files maybe it helps.

Don't want to start a new thread for this so ill just ask here, i recently reinstalled my game and now i cant remember how to remove my swear filter, does anyone know? Thanks

its the base.dat in the ini folder ... around 4kb.

Hey Ace,

super Tool !!! Gratz dazu und noch eine kleine Idee für dein Tool: wie wäre es wenn man seiner Items den Farbcode verändern koennte? Dies wäre dann auch für die Charactertemplate.ini sinnvoll. Dort wäre es möglich sich die Mobs zu markieren(Farbe des Namen) Welche Uniques diese zBsp. droppen. Bzw. bei den Items wieder die Unikate lila und die elite wieder golden sind, wie zu CM Zeiten. Viele alte Hasen fanden/finden es doch besser wie es mal war.

Wenn du es auch schaffen solltest, es gibt die Möglichkeit das man die texturen der Items vertauschen kann, zBsp. Man trägt die Normal Armor LVL 30, sieht aber die Poison Armor... Da der Client auch schon weiterführende Items und deren Texturen mitbringt, wäre es sogar möglich die Rüstungen LVL 100+ zu sehen... <<< wenn du dazu fragen hast einfach ne PM schicken =D
