Is the server still on? Just made an account and it says wrong password. I reset the password 2 times and it not working to login.

Yes it is still one join our discord for more support also if you made your account on the website then login on the website go the the tab accounts there you can create ingame accounts also do not use special crast for your password like !@$@#%^%&**(

Hi, This is not due to the homepage, but to the Silkroad server itself, which only allows a length from 6 to 12 characters and the letters "a..z, A..Z, 0..9", for your homepage login you may and should also use special characters.

The ZEOnline server separates the accounts from the game (Sikroad) and the homepage so that they cannot be stolen so easily, plus you have the advantage that you only have to register once to have up to 5 game accounts, so you can create 20 different game characters at the same time.

It is important that people understand that the (homepage) control panel and the game (Silkroad) server are two different systems that communicate with each other, but are completely separate, so that an attack on the homepage will not slow down or disable the game server.

This separate management system is unique and not implemented in any other game like this. This has been specially programmed and set up to protect your user data and improve server maintenance.

Your data, its security and your enjoyment of the game is important to the ZEOnline team :D
