3. fill out the info with random numbers like do this: if you phone number is 478-5818-4684 just do 478-5818-4685 do it off by one number and do you same zipcode and same email and stuff

One more thing if you make a USA account paypal you won't be able to send your money. Because your sending limit will be 0 unless you add a credit card. So make a canadian paypal and that doesn't require a CC to send. =D

Ok,everytime i wanna make an form to earn cash,for example gift bags or whatever,it says u dont live in this area,is it possible to block it? so i can get that cash?
