I have been a customer of depshop for over 8 months now using this warthunder tool, and while the tool is great (keep in mind depshop is just a reseller), the customer service being advertised here is iffy depending on who you get to handle your ticket. For example, I was having an issue where I guess a purge or something happened from the customer discord, so I opened a ticket in the public discord asking to be added back into the customer discord, but I couldn't find an order number from a recent "active" order, so the person helping me said I either have to find it or wait 12 hours or so for the "people that can look it up". I sent numerous pictures of my emails from depshop proving I had been a customer but nothing would work since it wasn't a "current" sub. I wound up finding my order number for the current sub and gave it to him, but he still would not add me back into the customer discord, instead closing my ticket and banning me from the public discord. I'm not going to say that I was happy by the end of the exchange, due to his lack of ability or want to help me, but to ban a customer that has been there for a while is a bit extreme. I am now unable to join either the public discord to open another ticket or the customer discord to let them know about the issues that their product they resell is currently having. I like to do this because they communicate with the devs and normally have issues resolved rather quickly and we appreciate that as a customer base. However, unless Deprimere responds here and can get me added back in as I have an active sub, I'm basically out of luck because one support guy was having a bad day. Can include details about my current order if needed for proof.
