It hasn’t been working since November 24th and it still doesn’t work even now. I asked for a refund in DM, but I haven’t received any reply at all.
It’s been almost three weeks since I purchased it, and I still haven’t been able to use it even once. All I’m being told is that they will compensate the lost time, but I’ve never actually been able to use the service.
