I have the same problem that didn't work for me and the support is horrible don't buy it. I gave up asking him for support, whenever I need support his answer is that he was sleeping or that he doesn't have time and I tried to ask for support at several different times. I tried all his methods and couldn't unban. banned in the first game after his spoofer.

just purchase that spoofer if you need one cause you cant find a better one rn turst me.

contacted trunks and asked many questions which he answered. cleared up my mind about what things were needed. provided payment options and waited.

a few days later, i purchase one time spoof. tried it, worked immediately first try. played on an account for 3 weeks no problems. then my aim provider got busted, so i needed to spoof again. and clearly i choose trunks.

contacted him, bought the key, spoofed, and im back in the game in less than an hour.

9/10 suppport ( timezone difference )
10/10 spoof (clean ui and works from first try)

clearly he knows what hes doing. and i can recommend, especially if you have gigabyte motherboard. :pimp:
