He is a flamer (or one of his boosters), he perma flamed me when I make mistakes.
Also, he uses scripts as an adc. Very obvious
So if you use him, you might get banned. Use at own risk

That being said, he can carry the lane if you played well with him. And be prepared for flame or just /mute him
